By accessing this website or engaging our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. 1. Professional Services

Deutics provides a variety of digital services, including but not limited to:

  • Web Design and Development (WordPress, Custom Themes, etc.)

  • Mobile Application Development

  • UI/UX Design and Product Strategy

  • Cloud & DevOps Services

  • Custom Software Solutions

The specific scope of work, timeline, and deliverables for any project will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Project Proposal provided to the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of your project, you agree to:

  • Provide all necessary content, images, and data required for the project in a timely manner.

  • Provide clear and constructive feedback during designated review periods.

  • Ensure you have the legal right to use any materials (logos, text, images) you provide to us.

3. Payment Terms

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is typically required before any work commences.

  • Milestones: For larger projects, payments may be split into milestones as defined in the Project Proposal.

  • Late Payments: Deutics reserves the right to pause work or withhold deliverables if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.

  • Final Delivery: Final files, website credentials, and ownership rights will only be transferred upon receipt of the final payment.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: Upon full and final payment, the client becomes the owner of the final visual design and custom code created specifically for their project.

  • Deutics Rights: We reserve the right to use the project in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) states otherwise.

  • Third-Party Tools: Any third-party software, plugins, or stock imagery used in the project remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their own licensing terms.

5. Revisions and Scope Creep

  • Every project includes a specific number of revision rounds as defined in the initial proposal.

  • Any requests for features or changes outside the original scope of work (“Scope Creep”) will be treated as a separate task and may incur additional fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

Deutics shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with our services. While we strive for 100% uptime and bug-free code, we do not guarantee that your website or application will be error-free or uninterrupted due to the nature of third-party hosting and evolving web technologies.

7. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate a project at any time with written notice. In the event of termination:

  • The client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the date of termination.

  • Deutics will hand over all completed assets for which payment has been received.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your local region.

9. Changes to These Terms

Deutics reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. By using this website and our services, you are expected to review these terms on a regular basis.
